Hardwired Setup

If you would prefer Aztec to set your hardware up and configure the connectivity for Internet access, you must note the following important pre-requisites


1. Your PC or Laptop must be running Microsoft Windows NT, Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft XP or Apple OS.

NB: Linux or Unix based systems are not supported.

2. Aztec will provide and install the necessary hubs and cables, and connect you to the Internet. In order for us to configure this correctly we must have access to the Administrator login and password details for each device you wish to connect. In most cases this information can be obtained from your Network Administrator. Please note that without this information we cannot make these changes and will be unable to make the connection to the Internet.

3. Changes to the network configuration of your equipment will be necessary to establish a connection to the Internet. Please ensure that prior to the event you gain permission for us to make these changes from your Network Administrator. Please note that it is quite likely that your hardware will need to be re-configured after the event before it can access your own office network again.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that your equipment is connected smoothly and efficiently, please be aware that we cannot guarantee connectivity using your own computer or laptop.
