Internet Set Up

Aztec will configure either your own PC or an Aztec PC to connect to the Internet. This does not include the telephone line or internet connection itself - these must be ordered separately, usually from the venue. This service also includes the necessary hardware to connect to the Internet.

When connecting via an analogue line, if required Aztec will supply a modem and Internet account and configure the hardware to connect to the Internet.

When connecting via an ISDN2 line, if required Aztec will supply either an ISDN modem or a router with hub, together with an Internet account, and configure the hardware to connect to the Internet.

When connecting via a venue network or broadband connection, if required Aztec will supply a hub and cabling and configure the hardware to connect to the Internet. If you are supplying your own hardware, you will must ensure that your PC has a network card or build in network adaptor as this service excludes the supply of network cards and wireless equipment (unless specified otherwise). Please note that if you require Aztec to configure your own hardware to connect to the Internet, you will require you Administrator login and password - this is normally obtained from your network administrator.

Whilst we will make every effort to connect you to the Internet, Aztec cannot guarantee this in circumstances beyond its control e.g. dead telephone line etc.
