After careful consideration, Aztec is proud to announce that Joe Archard has won the company’s prestigious Employee of the Year Award for 2009.
Joe has been with Aztec since 2006. Joining as a field technician, Joe quickly proved his worth in any technical situation. His hard work and determination coupled with his easy going personality helped him to rise through the ranks. He became a Senior Technician in 2008. He is highly regarded by his peers and well known throughout the wider AV industry.
When Aztec became preferred supplier to Arsenal Football Club at The Emirates Stadium, Joe was the natural choice to lead the technical team. Joe works on site looking after the many world class events at the stadium creating spectacular solutions for clients. His customer service skills, team ethos and attention to detail have made him very popular with colleagues, the staff at Arsenal FC and the many clients he has worked with. We are delighted to give this award to such a worthy candidate.
