Aztec has recently purchased 70 Christie MicroTiles™, fresh off their February launch show at ISE Amsterdam. Having previously decided against seamless technology due to brightness, resolution and size issues, in MicroTiles MD John Robson recognized exactly what he had been looking for.
"My strength is seeing opportunities" he says. "MicroTiles not only look fantastic but have been really well thought through — how they lock together, talk to each other, and their constant colour balancing."
Aztec’s initial order is based on having sufficient tiles to replicate a 4 x 4 seamless plasma wall, although they also will use them in many other shapes and configurations at corporate events.
Combining MicroTiles and in-house produced high-quality media, the company is now able to provide cutting-edge end-to end solutions. Robson couldn’t be more optimistic as he prepares a product showcase at the Emirates Stadium in autumn. “We already have orders and are itching to get our hands on MicroTiles,” he says.
