Aztec's Exhibition Services Division provides presentation equipment and services at literally hundreds of major exhibitions every year.

With many years of experience working in exhibitions, we have the equipment, resources and technical expertise to make your experience a seamless one.

We work with every type of exhibition client from the exhibitor with a small stand looking for a single screen to the trade partner contracted to deliver a complex integrated IT and audiovisual solution to meet their client's communication brief. In all cases our exhibition professionals take the mystery out of the technology and provide advice about the most appropriate solution that meets the objectives within the budget available. 

In addition to hiring equipment, our consultants also provide design and integration services for large exhibition projects around the world. This usually involves working with clients to create content and identifying the best electronic media to optimise the impact of the content. Because we always look for the most cost effective solutions for our clients, our consultants will source equipment locally if it is more economically viable than shipping from the UK.
