TreeHouse Charity Ball

Each year Arsenal Football Club holds a Charity Ball/Fundraiser for their chosen Charity of the Year and in 2008 it was the TreeHouse national charity which campaigns for better autism education nationally.  Working with their production company, Aztec provided all the audio visual elements and produced creative content resulting in a spectacular show.

Obviously being a charity fundraiser, the challenge was to run the event for 500 people whilst at the same time working on an extremely tight budget.

The event incorporated a drinks reception, speakers and presentations, a silent and live auction, live bands and a disco, so the stage and all the technical elements had to be both dazzling and flexible.

The evening was compèred by Clive Anderson. Chrissie Hind and Tony Hadley performed, other speakers and acts included DJ Judge Jules, Arsene Wenger and the entire Arsenal football team.

Working hand in hand with the production company, Aztec created a fantastic event that caught the mood of the evening perfectly using a superb stage set, great visuals and brilliant lighting effects. The charity also raised many thousands of pounds. TreeHouse were delighted with the work of the Aztec team.
